You can request deletion of your Fyndflix account and associated personal data. This page describes the options available in the app and by email.
After you sign in, open Account and use the account or data controls provided there, if your app version includes a delete or sign-out-and-delete flow. Labels may vary by platform release; look for options related to “Delete account”, “Close account”, or “Remove my data”.
Send an email from the address associated with your account to support@fyndflix.com with the subject line Account deletion request. Include:
We may need to verify ownership before processing the request. We typically confirm or complete deletion within 30 days, unless we must retain certain information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
When we delete your account, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to that account where technically feasible, including profile data and synced app preferences such as favorites or activity associated with the account.
If you downloaded Fyndflix from the Apple App Store or Google Play, their account and billing systems are governed by Apple or Google. Deleting your Fyndflix account does not automatically cancel third-party subscriptions you may have purchased outside our control; manage those in your store account if applicable.
